Plant Based Week

RIT Dining has made the Food Forward Pledge, committing to have 50% of our entrées in our restaurants plant-based by the end of 2025. Our chefs had training with the Humane Society where dozens of plant-based recipes were tested, and we want you to try them! Participation locations include:

April 21-25:

  • Loaded Latke- The Namesake Sandwich
  • Artesano- Breakfast Burrito and Sandwich, Banana Overnight Oats, Chia Seed Pudding, Banana Pecan Cookie, Chocolate Raspberry Cake 
  • Midnight Oil- Frosted Skyroot Matcha Tea Latte, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Energy Balls
  • Ctrl Alt Deli- Vegan Breakfast Sandwich, Beyond Breakfast Sandwich, Vegan Meat Lovers Pizza, Vegan Meatball Sub

April 21:

  • Brick City Café- Vegan Grille, Spanish Style Garbanzo Beans, Tofu Bahn Mi Sandwich 
  • College Grind- Breakfast Egg Wrap with Sriracha Mayo
  • RITZ- Plant-based Pasta Bake, Black Bean Burger, RITZ Vegan Sandwich and Wrap, and more! 

April 22:

  • Crossroads- Southwest Black Bean Sub

April 23:

  • Cantina and Grille- Mexican Hot Chocolate Cookies 

April 24:

  • Gracie's- Cauliflower Tikka Masala, Buffalo Pierogies, Pasta w/ Black Bean and Sundried Tomatoes, and more! 

April 25:

  • Commons- Country Fried Tofu Sandwich, Vegan Bolognese, Vegan Cheese Pizza, Lentil Noodle Bowl
