Reframing Sex: Undoing the Binary Paradigm
Dr. Kelsey Lewis is an Assistant Professor in Global Gender and Sexuality Studies at the University at Buffalo. Lewis' overarching professional goal is to participate in undoing the paradigm of binary sex in biology and medicine. Lewis engages in collaborative projects ranging from sex-diverse gender-inclusive biology education to sex-inclusive approaches to healthcare. Lewis came to UB in 2022 from the Witting Postdoctoral Fellowship in Feminist Biology at University of Wisconsin-Madison. She was previously an AAUW American Dissertation Fellow and an NSF Graduate Research Fellow.
