RIT Catering Pop Up: Mediterranean Bowl

The Restaurant and Event Management spring 2022 class is taking over the RIT Catering Pop Ups this semester!
In this RIT Catering Pop Up series, each student in the class is creating, managing, and executing the entire menu.
On Tuesday, April 5, stop by the Student Alumni Union lobby from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. for a delicious Mediterranean Bowl menu, prepared by student Lili McCluskey.
Menu:
Base: Quinoa or Mixed Greens
Protein: Falafel or Grilled Lemon Chicken
Toppings: Alfalfa Sprouts, Cucumbers, Feta, Kalamata Olives, Scallions, Tomatoes
Tahini Dressing
Sides: Hummus, Tabouleh, Pita Bread
