RIT Dining - Farm to Fork Meal

Experience a farm to fork meal at Gracie's on Wednesday, Sept. 14 from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Gracie's will be hosting several farm to fork specials in the semester, highlighting our partnerships with local, fresh, and sustainable farmers.
Gracie's has partnered with Autumn's Harvest Farms, a local farm located 60 miles from campus, in Romulus, New York. Autumn's Harvest Farms prides itself on humanly raised grass-fed beef, pasture pork, and pasture-raised chicken and eggs. Their mission is to eliminate the need for factory cattle and provide us with meat and produce grown and raised in a completely natural state.
