RIT Eclipse Fest
Students are invited to join the Division of Student Affairs and College Activities Board for RIT Eclipse Fest, a student-only event to celebrate this once-in-a-lifetime phenomenon. Festivities will take place in the Gordon Field House and Activities Center and Hale-Andrews Student Life Center on Monday, April 8 from 2:30-5:30 p.m. Students can enjoy activities like glow dodgeball, a neon dance party, space-themed food, and much more. Attendees are encouraged to bring their RIT-provided certified solar glasses to the event for safe viewing of the eclipse. Commemorative RIT Eclipse Fest t-shirts will also be distributed at the event.
Low-sensory relaxation spaces will be available in the SLC and Jones Chapel (Room 1510 in the Schmitt Interfaith Center) during the event as well.
