See the moons of Jupiter, the rings of Saturn, and craters on the Moon -- at the RIT Observatory Open House.
The RIT Observatory invites members of the RIT campus and the Rochester community to see the big members of our Solar System up close and personal. We will show visitors Jupiter and its moons, Saturn and its rings, and our own Moon -- all up close and personal, through our telescopes. The event starts at 8:00 PM and will run until 9:30 PM. Please dress warmly. If the skies are cloudy, the event will be postponed until the next night, Saturday, Nov 5, at the same time. Please check the RIT events page for an update on the status of the Open House around 1 PM on Friday, Nov 4.
