Join WE@RIT (Women in Engineering) for an off-the-beaten path tour of Rochester. Visit the US's first municipal Victorian cemetery and home to many famous residents including Susan B. Anthony; followed by a visit to Concrest, a suburban development made of concrete and designed and built by our college's namesake Kate Gleason. Try out Rochester's very own culinary delicacy, the Garbage Plate, and finish off the day with a tour of High Falls and the historic High Falls Business District which put Rochester on the map as the "flour city." Limited to 40 KGCOE students. Registration closes Monday, September 5th at 11:59pm. Cancellations/no-shows received after 9/5 at noon will forfeit their registration fee.
