Sleep Well Weekly Workshop
Improved sleep can have a beneficial impact on your mental, physical and overall well-being, including your academic success, memory, and athletic performance. This virtual drop-in workshop is aimed to help RIT students enhance their quality of sleep, while also providing connection and support for those who are experiencing sleep issues.
