Summer Program at Kosovo RIT

Dr. Robert Muharremi and returning students will talk about their experience with the program and what it offers. This program provides international leadership and peace-building seminars taught by practitioners and academics. The program has both under-graduate and graduate courses on peacekeeping, conflict transformation, war, diplomacy, state-building, genocide studies, transitional justice, terrorism, political violence, and many other areas. It helps equip students with the necessary skills for careers in government, international organizations, think tanks, and academia.

This year there is an exciting new graduate program. The Advanced Graduate Certificate in Peace and Conflict Studies. It offers a great opportunity for graduating seniors to get real world experience and learn from practitioners and academics.

Dr. Robert Muharremi is Assistant Professor and Director of the RIT Kosovo Center for Peace & Conflict Studies. He lectures on international law & organizations, international relations, human rights and law & society. Dr. Muharremi has served as advisor for various international organizations and government institutions in Kosovo and has extensive experience as legal counsel in the private corporate and public-private partnership sector.
