The session will cover several topics, including:
- Types of intellectual property, such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
- How intellectual property plays a crucial role in protecting your inventions, designs, brand, and creative works.
- Understanding the significance of safeguarding your intellectual assets and how it can empower you in the competitive landscape.
This event is free for faculty, staff and students, but registration is required. Registration closes March 18. Lunch will be provided, and interpreting services have been requested.
Whether you are an artist, entrepreneur, inventor, or simply curious about protecting your ideas, this event is a great opportunity for you to learn about intellectual property.
