WE@RIT's Resume Reviews and Mock Interviews with L3 Harris
The Career Fair is right around the corner (3/6)! Wouldn't it be great to get some low-stakes resume and/or interview assistance from those already in the engineering field? WE@RIT has just the thing! On Tuesday, February 27th, from 5-6:30pm, L3 Harris will have representatives on campus for resume reviews and mock interviews with the WE@RIT community. Though we've done this event every semester for years, we're adding some new twists for this spring by popular demand. As always, students can sign up for a specific time slot for a resume review and/or a mock interview; but new this spring, students are welcome to drop in anytime during the event for mock interview workshopping with L3 Harris representatives and fellow students. WE@RIT has done the work of compiling common interview questions and will have them available for students at the interview workshopping area. We will also do our best to accommodate walk-in's for one-on-one resume reviews and mock-interviews space permitting. It is still wise and strongly encouraged to sign up for a scheduled timeslot to ensure your time with an L3 Harris representative if you would like a one-on-one review or interview. Note that one-on-one resume reviews and mock interviews each require a separate time slot. Also new for this spring, each timeslot will be 20 minutes in length. Resumes are due to the WE@RIT office on Friday, 2/23 by 9am, and students should also plan on bringing a printed copy with them if opting for a resume review. (Printing services will not be available at the event). No resume is needed if doing a mock interview. All this, and DiBella's subs will also be provided for all attendees!
