Work/Life Balance Workshop
Doug Newcomb, mental health therapist in RIT's Counseling and Psychological Services who is embedded in the College of Art and Design, is leading an online workshop focused on work and life balance.
The objectives of the workshop are to outline the importance of work/life balance, provide self-care tips and tools to plan and organize, and more. Attendees will gather new ideas for stress management and self-care that can be applied to academic life.
There are two opportunities to attend the workshop, which will take place on Zoom and is open to College of Art and Design students only:
- 4:30-6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 23 (register through Campus Groups)
- 5:30-7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 13 (register through campus groups)
