Yoga and Pilates Series at Tait Preserve

Reconnect with nature and rejuvenate your body and mind at the Tait Preserve! In collaboration with BetterMe Wellness, we are excited to welcome RIT community members for a special Yoga and Pilates series throughout the Fall Semester. Dates include:
- Oct. 26 - Spooky Theme Yoga @ 10 a.m. -11:30 a.m. (With Denise Wellin)
- Nov. 9 - Pilates @ 9:30 a.m. - 11 a.m. (With Kate Scahill)
- Nov. 23 - Yoga @ 9:30 a.m. - 11 a.m. (With Denise Wellin)
- Dec. 7 - Yoga @ 9:30 a.m.- 10:30 a.m. (With Denise Wellin)
- Dec. 7 - Pilates @ 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (With Kate Scahill)
Enjoy an hour of guided Yoga or Pilates, suitable for all levels. Then, relax and recharge with complimentary refreshments. Attendees are able to explore the Preserve. Take time to wander and appreciate the beautiful grounds of Tait Preserve.
