Alumna Leads U.S. Election Assistance Commission

Mona Harrington ’08 MS (professional studies) was appointed executive director of the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) in June 2020, and charged with revamping the agency and spearheading a series of initiatives to ensure COVID-19 and cybersecurity challenges don’t harm the election process.
