Professor’s NSF Grant Funds Computer Chip Security During Manufacturing
Michael Zuzak, assistant professor of computer engineering, was awarded a two-year National Science Foundation grant to develop solutions to ensure computer chips are secured throughout the manufacturing process.

Company Co-founded by RIT Professor Wins $1 Million at GENIUS NY Competition
Airtonomy, a company owned by RIT data science professor Travis Desell, was awarded the $1 million grand prize at the GENIUS NY international accelerator competition. The company was selected from more than 600 applicants during the year-long GENIUS NY program, the world’s largest business competition focused on unmanned systems, cross-connected platforms, and other technology-based sectors.
