Engineering

The FMS Engineering Services groups are responsible for the Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Refrigeration equipment for the RIT campus. The Operations group is on campus 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, monitoring HVAC equipment, responding to system alarms, and customer service calls. The Controls group maintains, improves, and installs building automations systems that optimize the operations of the HVAC systems for building occupant comfort, energy conservation, and process control. The HVAC Repairs group performs preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on HVAC and Refrigeration equipment.
