Gloria DuPree, right, a service desk analyst for ITS, and her sister joined some 2,000 RIT staff and faculty members and their families at Employee Appreciation Day at Seabreeze Amusement Park on Tuesday. In addition to full access to the rides and water slides, RIT has a picnic area reserved for lunch and dinner and includes free musical entertainment. The Seabreeze days continue today and Aug. 18 and 19. Registration for next week’s dates closes on Friday. For more information, go to rit.edu/seabreeze.

On Tuesday, the band Something Else performed. On Aug. 11, Uptown Groove will perform at lunch and Up2Something at dinner. Aug. 18 features The Swooners, and Uptown Groove returns for Aug. 19.
