FreezeFest ’22, a 10-day celebration of winter with several outdoor and indoor activities, kicked off with a free skate in the Gene Polisseni Center rink with Chocolate on Ice on Jan. 28. Chocolate treats were available during the event.

Students signed up for volunteer opportunities in the Rochester area at the annual Community Service Fair.

A labyrinth was set up in the Fireside Lounge for all to use. The rhythm of walking a labyrinth helps to relax and refresh the spirit.

Black Heritage Month began Feb. 1 with an art display in Fireside Lounge, giveaways, and build-a-buddy animals.

Several certified therapy dogs gathered for Bow Wow Wellness on Feb. 2. The Wellness Collaborative organized the pet therapy event as a stress-reduction activity.

Some FreezeFest swag was handed out in the Breezeway by the Campus Center.

Cozy hats with the FreezeFest logo were one of the giveaways.

Roarie, the FreezeFest mascot, joined RITchie, RIT’s mascot, at several events during the week.

FreezeFest continues through Feb. 6.
