Chili dogs were offered in the Student Alumni Union on March 31. Each Pop Up is a unique meal created, managed, and executed by students. The preparation, set-up, food safety, and cost control are all skills taught in the class.

The final Pop Up is April 5 in the Student Alumni Union. A Mediterranean bowl with various toppings, and sides will be available from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
