Evans and McManus lead job seekers in Southwest Airlines partnership
Kendra Evans, director, and Gary McManus, associate director, both with the Neurodiverse Hiring Initiative, traveled with eight neurodivergent RIT job seekers to Southwest Airlines headquarters in Dallas. The group participated in interview preparation, resume reviews, panel discussions, and a campus tour as part of an ongoing collaboration between SWA and RIT to reduce hiring bias and recruit neurodivergent talent.
