Events scheduled throughout the week

A full slate of events are scheduled throughout the week of April 5, from rallies to social occasions, as the RIT Tigers prepare to take the ice at the NCAA Frozen Four tournament.

All events are free and open to students, staff, faculty, alumni and the public. The team leaves on Tuesday for Detroit. Tiger hockey fans are invited to send off the RIT men's hockey team at a pep rally at 11:30 a.m. April 6 at Ritter Arena.

Highlights of the week include:
Monday, April 5 - Outdoor Movie: Miracle
7:30 p.m. - Greek Lawn
The story of the United States hockey team’s miracle win at the 1980 Winter Olympics.

Tuesday, April 6 - Hockey Team Pep Rally and Send Off
11:30 a.m - Ritter Arena
Fans will have an opportunity to congratulate and wish the Tigers good luck before they leave at noon for Detroit.

Wednesday, April 7 - Frozen Four Frenzy Bonfire
7:30 p.m. - Location to be announced

Thursday, April 8 - RIT vs. Wisconsin
5 p.m. - Gordon Field House and Activities Center
Fans that cannot travel to Detroit can watch the game together on the big screen at the Field House. Doors open at 4 p.m.

Saturday, April 10 - Frozen Four Championship Game
7 p.m. - Clark Gym

If the Tigers win on Thursday, come join the frenzy and watch the championship game on the big screens!
