Hugill-Fontanel presents on nature printing at 2024 Mid America Print Council Conference
Amelia Hugill-Fontanel, associate curator of the Cary Graphic Arts Collection, presented “Nature’s Matrix: Nature Printing from 1840 to the Present” at the 2024 Mid America Print Council Conference on Oct. 5 in Manhattan, Kan. Her presentation explored the history of nature printing as a foundation for contemporary printmaking using botanical sources.
