Jeffries, Sullivan contribute to Petree’s book on college readiness

Chelsea Petree, director of RIT’s Parent and Family Programs, released the book College Sophomore Ready: Expert Advice for Parents to Navigate their Student’s Second Year, her third in the College Ready series. Other RIT contributors include Samantha Jeffries, case manager in Wellness, who authored the chapter “Should I worry about my student’s well-being,” and Jenny Sullivan, director of Education Abroad and International Fellowships, who authored the chapter “Should my student study abroad.” The book covers topics including building independence, changing majors, opportunities to go abroad, and becoming a leader on campus. RIT parents will receive a free digital edition.
