Kurinec shares semiconductor expertise in Taiwan
Santosh Kurinec, professor in the Department of Electrical and Microelectronic Engineering, visited National Taiwan Ocean University as a guest speaker funded by the National Science Council of Science and Technology. She presented “Semiconductor Technology Node Evolution from Planar to Nanosheets Towards 2nm & Beyond,” met with students and faculty, and toured research labs. Kurinec also visited Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company and National Tsing Hua University, where she highlighted RIT’s role in semiconductor talent development and New York state’s Agri-PV vision for sustainable energy.
