Mohseni, students publish paper in ‘Nanoscale’
Parsian K. Mohseni, associate professor of electrical and microelectronic engineering, and Sami Znati, a Ph.D. candidate in microsystems engineering, published an article in Nanoscale, titled “Metal-Assisted Chemical Etching Beyond Si: Applications to III–V Compounds and Wide-Bandgap Semiconductors.” The paper is co-authored by Juwon Wharwood, a summer exchange student from Howard University; Kyle Tezanos, a graduate of RIT’s materials science and engineering master’s degree program; and Xiuling Li, an external collaborator from the University of Texas at Austin.
