Qiao publishes on wavefront sensing with AI
Jie Qiao, associate professor in the Chester F. Carlson Center for Imaging Science, is the lead author of “Wavefront Sensing with Optical Differentiation Powered by Deep Learning” in Optics Letters. The paper introduces an AI-powered method for analyzing light aberration, advancing technologies like telescopes, imaging systems, and lasers.
