School for American Crafts Students Offer Hand-Made Christmas Gifts
Shop local, support local student artists at RIT
For those looking to shop local this holiday season, Rochester Institute of Technology’s School for the American Crafts is offering hand-made crafts featuring students from the school.
The School for American Crafts Annual Winter Craft Sale takes place from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Dec. 14 and 15 in the Student Alumni Union at RIT. The sale is open to the public.
A broad array of hand-made gifts such as blown-glass ornaments, silver jewelry, wood furniture and ceramic wares will be for sale. Students from the School for American Crafts use the funds raised at the sale to support projects throughout the school year.
Prices range from $5 to $200. Cash or check only.
