Sherwood participates in copyright workshop

Emily Sherwood, University Librarian, RIT Libraries, was invited to participate in a workshop on “Contractual Override of Copyright Limitations and Exceptions,” hosted by Berkeley Center for Law & Technology, Authors Alliance, UC Berkeley Library, and the Association of Research Libraries. The workshop brought together lawyers, librarians, and advocacy groups to better define the problem of contractual override and to identify realistic ways to limit its negative effects.
