Van Horn and Parker present at TESOL international convention
Stanley Van Horn, director, and Irina Parker, specialist of applied linguistics, from the English Language Center, presented “Teaching the connection between grammar and flow in academic writing” at the 59th annual Convention of the TESOL International Association on March 19 in California. Their session focused on helping educators guide new university students in using grammar play to build confidence and develop awareness in their language choices.
