ALANA Faculty and Staff Recruitment Efforts

The NTID Office of Diversity and Inclusion in collaboration with the RIT Diversity and Inclusion Division has established a network of contacts for prospective ALANA faculty and staff members as well as other underrepresented individuals who we want to maintain contact with for the purpose of alerting them to career opportunities at RIT. NTID will expand travel and active solicitation of contact information for individuals who have expressed a potential interest in a career at RIT/NTID. Search committees will be able to access this network to follow up with contacts when positions are open. The NTID Office of Diversity and Inclusion also will strive to maintain contact with these individuals on a regular basis so they are informed of opportunities at RIT/NTID.
