Over three years working in the Sprint Relay Laboratory, Charles quickly recognized the potential and frustrations of online faculty teaching. He worked hard to break down complex problems with online learning and deal with issues logically and sequentially. Faculty, Staff, and supervisors have consistently recognized his commitment to taking on demanding efforts and going the extra mile to provide outstanding service to students' online learning experience.

He enjoys discovering and testing new technologies and software that improves the interaction between faculty and students and solves the challenges of online and in-person classroom activities.
