Al El-Nattar is a seasoned IT executive with more than two decades of digital transformation experience. When Al ran his own firm, Rivet Logic Corporation for 16 years, he led teams of professional IT and sales practitioners to advance his passion for helping large enterprises responsibly achieve their digital visions. This mission required oversight over all of Rivet Logic's practices to ensure the delivery of the highest level of professional services to its clients nationwide.

El-Nattar also has more than 20 years of enterprise IT software design and development experience, including deep expertise in open-source platforms such as Liferay, Crafter CMS, MongoDB, and Alfresco, as well as running enterprise-grade Managed Services operations. At Rivet Logic, El-Nattar has led the architecture, implementation, and deployment of numerous client projects ranging from enterprise-wide intranets to large-scale public websites, social communities, and native mobile applications.

In 2021 his company, Rivet Logic, was acquired by Capgemini, one of the top IT and Engineering consulting firms in the world. Today El-Nattar is responsible for delivering state-of-the-art sustainable immersive experiences to Capgemini's Fortune 500 clients across the globe with a focus on user inclusivity where every user is the most important user of all.

El-Nattar earned a BS in Computer Science from American University and an MS in Computer Science from George Mason University.
