Partnership Academic Programs
RIT offers several pathways that enable you to earn two degrees in less time by pairing your RIT undergraduate major with a graduate degree at one of our partner institutions.
Known as 4+1, 3+2, or 3+3 programs, these plans usually require three or four years of study at RIT followed by two or three years of graduate study at an affiliated institution.
Teaching and Counseling Partnership Programs
RIT has partnered with the University of Rochester’s Warner School of Education and Roberts Wesleyan University to offer 4+1 programs for students interested in pursuing career in education (early childhood, elementary, secondary, special education, and higher education) and a 3+2 program for school counseling and mental health counseling.
