Ethelia Lung '18

While at RIT, she designed an interactive experience that won the Social Impact - Web/App/Game Design category in the 2018 Adobe Design Achievement Awards, a global digital media competition for students. Lung's project, “Incognita | Abject Poverty in Major Cities," educates users on “the extent of invisible abject poverty in major global cities by allowing them to think about this issue through objective and emotional lenses.” It effectively communicates and displays data on indicators of poverty for cities around the globe, including Lung’s native Hong Kong.
