I come from Iran.
What is your undergraduate school and degree?
I studied Biomedical Engineering in Bioelectrics at Amirkabir University of Technology in Iran. Then, I completed my MBA in finance at the same university as my bachelor's.
What is your specialty in Saunders’ Ph.D. program?
Finance and accounting.

I chose Saunders College of Business at RIT because of the college's reputation for academic excellence, its collaborative and peaceful culture and its strong emphasis on interdisciplinary research drew me in.
Is there specific research that attracted you to Saunders College?
Absolutely. The research on corporate finance and governance at Saunders and being able to potentially collaborate and work closely with experts in these fields have been fascinating for me.
What do you intend to do with your Ph.D. after you graduate?
After graduation, my primary goal is to secure a position as a faculty member at a leading university where I can continue my research, contribute to the academic community and mentor the next generation of business leaders. Additionally, I'm passionate about bridging the gap between academia and industry, so I intend to collaborate with businesses to drive practical implications of my research.
