Psychology Professor named a Distinguished Member
Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology, recently named psychology professor John E. Edlund, Ph.D., a Distinguished Member, the highest honor the organization bestows.
Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology, recently named RIT psychology professor John E. Edlund, Ph.D., a Distinguished Member, the highest honor the organization bestows.
The honor places Edlund in the ranks of world-renown thought leaders and researchers in the field of psychology such as B.F. Skinner; Harvard University's Daniel L. Schacter, Ph.D.; Robert B. Cialdini, Ph.D., author of "Influence, the Psychology of Persuasion;" and others.
Psi Chi cited Edlund's service to its Research Advisory Committee and his contribution to the creation of new student research opportunities for the study of human behavior. He will be recognized at the Association for Psychological Science annual meeting later in 2024.
