A sample of furniture and sculpture designed by Jared Abner ’21 (Furniture Design). In his artist statement, Abner describes his work as both subtraction and addition.

“First, through the processes of turning, carving and cutting away at the raw material, I subtract,” the statement, in part, reads. “Then, I put the pieces together again. Creation through destruction.”
