One thing I greatly appreciated about my graduate studies experience in the Communication MS at RIT is the close, family-like atmosphere in the program. Students and faculty alike represented diverse backgrounds, so we often celebrated every start and end of the semester by sharing food and culture with one another. I also appreciated that not everyone in the program comes from a background in Communication, as many of my classmates had different undergraduate majors. This brought many unique points of view into the classroom that challenged me with new ways of analyzing things.
