This student chose to investigate the iPad publication app and how it be used for catalogs. This project was completed in Winter 2011/12 at the very onset of app publication design. This student designed an iPad app for a company interested in showcasing seasonal products to customers and at trade shows and other events. She had permission from the company to use their images and logo in the project and was hired as a full time employee by that company after graduation.
This student chose to investigate the iPad publication app and how it be used in the music industry as a compliment to a digital music purchase. This project was completed in Winter 2011/12 at the very onset of app publication design. She sought to create an alternative to the CD booklet or album cover for digitally purchased and downloaded music. She designed an iPad app for a music group interested in a digitally published product. She had permission from the band to use their images and logo in the project.
This student created an app compiling her research that compared print, web and app publications.
