Projects developed from the partnership include a summer data analysis capstone project for RIT students that will wrap up in the next few weeks, an innovation competition for RIT students that will launch this fall, and a research experience for students that will examine app interfaces for memory-impaired individuals. 

The 28th annual Undergraduate Research Symposium, held on Aug. 1, is structured as a professional research conference. Research themes included everything from fundamental microbiology to the fine arts.

Cybercrime is costing the world trillions of dollars, and analysts say that there aren’t enough qualified professionals to prevent those attacks. RIT alumnus and trustee Frank Sklarsky and his family have made a gift to Saunders College of Business to help support costs associated with the Sklarsky Center for Business Analytics, a 800-square-foot space to the right of the entry to Saunders College formally dedicated on May 4.
