Domagoj Nikolić moderating a panel discussion at the Jobs in Tourism Fair

RIT Croatia participated at the Jobs in Tourism Fair (Sajam poslova u turizmu) in Dubrovnik on April 12, organized as a part of establishment of Regional Center of Competence for Tourism and Hospitality Dubrovnik.

RIT Croatia Admissions Team and students promoted our hospitality program, and in addition to this, our faculty member Domagoj Nikolić was moderating a panel discussion on the topic: "Role of innovation and digital transformation in gastronomy of a destination".

Panelists were: Hilarija Lozančić Benić, Manager, Regional Center of Competence for Tourism and Hospitality Dubrovnik; Ivan Ivušić, IT & Marketing Director, Mint Media; Ana Bitanga, Manager, Restaurant Kopun; Ana Hrnić, Director, Tourist Board Dubrovnik and Mirna Sarić, nutritionist and lecturer at University of Dubrovnik.
