HTM students on a site visit to AIDA Cruise Ship

On April 25th, our freshman student, Angel Hristov, a long term employee of AIDA Cruises, organized a guided tour of the AIDAblu cruise ship on a regular visit to Dubrovnik for three other students of his generation, Kaitlin D'Costa, Tetiana Kulbaka and Ante Cvitković, who were joined by prof. Domagoj Nikolić. The entourage saw the boat facilities including the six restaurants, ten bars, spa, playgrounds, shopping areas, pools and the glass-walled theatrium in the middle of the ship extending through three decks. We are grateful to AIDA staff Verena Liebl and Theresa Pache for introducing the group into the wonders of AIDA hospitality.

In a small world for RIT Tigers, the group encountered the RIT alumnus Koča Sekulić, class of 2010, the manager of three restaurants on AIDAbella, who spotted the Tiger T-shirt and came to greet the group.

One of the morals of the story is, wear the RIT memorabilia, because you never know in which grass the Tiger hides
