This year's EuroCHRIE conference took place in the Chartered Accountants House Dublin from the 7th-9th of November 2018. Under the CHRIE umbrella, both education and industry combine their efforts to shape the future of hospitality & tourism. Our HTM professors participate in EuroCHRIE conferences on yearly basis and this year professor Milena Kužnin represented RIT Croatia in Dublin. The theme of the conference was "Be Inspired" and after attending it I must say that I was inspired and motivated to share the experience gained by attending the conference.

"The most beneficial part of the conference is that you can take a 360 view at the hospitality industry: from the perspective of the educator, the researcher and the professional. The workshops offered to the attendees are delivered by the top-notch professionals and this year was no exception: the LEGO Serious Play Workshop - or LSP for short - is a proven methodology based on insights from neuroscience, first developed in the early 2000s by LEGO's Education division and IMD Business School (the method has since been open-sourced)", commented professor Kužnin.

EuroCHRIE hosts yearly conferences during which the latest research in hospitality and tourism is presented to hundreds of hospitality and tourism researchers from all over the world. RIT Croatia and its HTM professors are members of EuroCHRIE and attend the conference every year since 2010. (https://www.eurochrie.org/conferences/)
