RIT Croatia recognizes its Outstanding Undergraduate Scholars

April 7, 2022

For almost 50 years, RIT has been honoring the top 1% of its students who not only excel academically, but through other factors in addition to academic achievement (creative work, service on student committees, civic activities, employment, and independent research). Each year, that top 1% of all RIT students includes students from RIT Croatia. When you take into account that Rochester has 19,000 students on its main campus alone, making it into this group is not an easy task. This year, at the Dean's List dinners held in Zagreb and in Dubrovnik, Dean Hudspeth and Associate Dean Guszak recognized seven of our students were as RIT's top 1%, and awarded them with the bronze medallion designed by the late professor Hans Christensen, renowned silversmith and first holder of the Charlotte Fredericks Mowris Chair in Contemporary Crafts in the School for American Crafts.

We are proud to present this year's RIT Croatia Outstanding Undergraduate Scholars:

Business Administration: International Business:
Marija Brkić - Zagreb
Storm Theobald - Zagreb

Hospitality and Tourism Management:
Angel Hristov - Dubrovnik
Tamara Radulović - Dubrovnik
Filip Stanišić - Dubrovnik

Web & Mobile Computing:

Džejla Šuman - Dubrovnik

Congratulations to all, and keep up the excellent work you do!
