Stress and Coping Workshop for Students

Stress is something that many college students are familiar with. It occurs when the demands on us exceed our ability to cope. Stress can be caused by many things, and learning more about stress in your life and how to better cope with it helps to prevent further stress-related conditions.
 

Hence, in order to help our students learn how to better cope with stress and its symptoms, our faculty member Dr. Ana Havelka Meštrović, will talk hold workshops on those topics on both campuses:

  • Dubrovnik campus: Monday, April 11 from 14:30-16:00 in Room 15
  • Zagreb campus: Tuesday, April 12 from 13:30-15:00 in Room 35

Dr.sc. Ana Havelka Meštrović is Research Associate and Senior Lecturer at RIT Croatia. Her expertise lies in the interdisciplinary fields of science, cognitive sciences, psychology and medicine. In 2017, she received Fulbright scholarship for research at Stanford University (Stress and Anxiety). Dr. Havelka Meštrović is a licensed psychotherapist by the European Association of Integrative Psychotherapy (EAIP).
