About the Conference

This Women in Business Conference is more than just a gathering; it is a testament to the power of student-led initiative, drive, and commitment to empowering future leaders.
Remarkably, students are taking the lead in shaping conversations around innovation, leadership, and the role of women in business. Their proactive approach in organizing such an event speaks volumes about their dedication to fostering a strong, supportive, and inspiring business community—not only for women but for all who believe in progress and inclusivity.
The Women in Business Student Club at RIT Croatia goes beyond theory, offering practical knowledge, real-world insights, and invaluable networking opportunities for aspiring professionals. This conference will bring together thought leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers to share their experiences, insights, and strategies for success.
"Through insightful panel discussions, engaging workshops, and valuable networking opportunities, we aim to empower and elevate women in the business world. Whether you're a student, a professional, or an aspiring entrepreneur, this is your chance to connect, learn, and grow", said Kira Rimaj, president of the Women in Business Student Club at the Dubrovnik campus.
This is more than an event; it’s a movement—one driven by passion, determination, and the belief that the future of business is diverse, innovative, and inclusive.
