The conference is held in English language, it is free of charge and open to the general public. Due to limited seating, applications are received on a first-come, first-served basis.

Following the success of our initiatives at RIT Croatia, the Women in Business Club proudly presents the first-ever Women in Leadership Conference open to the general public. We are thrilled to extend our reach and invite high school students, students from other private institutions and public universities, and aspiring graduates to join us! With over 130 members, the Women in Business Club has built a strong community of ambitious and driven women. 

Our Goals:

  • Promote women’s entrepreneurship through education and first-hand experience.

  • Share successful stories of women-driven businesses and career paths.

  • Inspire a supportive female community to empower women in personal and professional pursuits.
