Electronics & Control Lab

The Electronics & Control laboratory has 8 workstations, each is equipped with advanced instruments from Agilent Technologies including 4-channel oscilloscopes, function waveform generator, Multiple-output DC power supplies, digital multimeter, and several hand-held devices.

The lab has all the basic tools, accessories, and electronics ICs and components. This laboratory also includes 8 sets of LJ Create Motor Modules, Arduino Motor controller and Interface equipment and 8 computer HP Workstation xw4600 (Core 2 Duo E6550 2.33GHz, 2GB RAM, 250GB HDD) with MATLAB 2013 (including Simulink coder, Simulink real time, control toolbox, coder, compiler, RT windows target, Signal processing toolbox).

Additionally, this lab is equipped with several sets mechatronics devices from Quanser, each set includes a dc motor, an encoder, and a self- erecting –rotary inverted pendulum.
