A sneak peek of student output from RIT Industrial Design's Metaproject 11 which will be shown at Design Week in NYC in November of 2021 is being exhibited from May 12-16 in University Gallery (located on the second floor of Booth Hall).
For the annual Metaproject course — which pairs students with a client partner — students collaborated with Staach to design a collection of educational objects for public spaces that demand justice, empathy, sustainability, equity and inclusion. Staach, founded by Seth Eshelman ’06 (Industrial Design), is a Rochester-based company focused on functional sustainable design.
The show is sharing the space with the concurrent Industrial Design MFA exhibition.
