Farm to Fork at Gracie's, Nov. 9 at 4 p.m.

Experience a farm to fork meal at Gracie's on Wednesday, Nov. 9 starting at 4 p.m. featuring a Pork Banh Mi with pickled vegetables with sriracha mayo.

Gracie's has partnered with Autumn's Harvest Farms, a local farm located 60 miles from campus, in Romulus, New York. Autumn's Harvest Farms prides itself on humanly raised grass-fed beef, pasture pork, and pasture-raised chicken and eggs. Their mission is to eliminate the need for factory cattle and provide us with meat and produce grown and raised in a completely natural state.
